Additionally, you can use Shift + Arrow to select multiple files if they are in a row. – Copy – Select and drag thumbnail pages from the source document to the destination document’s Thumbnail pane of the second document. You can use CTRL + Space to select a focused file or folder and use CTRL + Arrow Keys to Move Around. – Paste – Right click (Mac: Ctrl+Click) or use keyboard shortcuts to paste the copied or cut pages in the same document. – Move – Right click (Mac: Ctrl+Click) or use keyboard shortcuts to cut the selected pages. ![]() – Copy – Right click (Mac: Ctrl+Click) or use keyboard shortcuts to copy the selected pages. – Move – Select and drag thumbnail pages to the desired location within the Thumbnail Pane. Use the mouse to select thumbnail page(s) from the thumbnail pane and then: When you drag a page thumbnail in the page thumbnails pane, a bar appears between other page thumbnails, indicating the position in which the page will be moved to. With PDF Studio you can use the page thumbnails in the thumbnails pane to copy or move pages within a PDF document or between different PDF documents. ![]()
